Shin splints, sore groin, tight hamstrings....

So I did my day 2 run today, so for that part of my goal I’m right on track! i even ran the same distance as Monday but did it 2 minutes faster! However… I feel like I worked my kegs out hard in the gym! Everything hurts! I’m hoping streatching before and after will help and I can get my run in on Friday and then rest the weekend, that was my goal, but right now its hard to walk!
