As for yesterday…. Made it through no problems! And I remembered to take some pics!

B-Fast, 3 egg whites, 2 whole egg burrito, After work out protein shake, Lunch Quinoa Chicken enchalata (yeah I made a lot of this) dinner Ranch Pesto chicken Quinoa thing! Snacks – Got these new local chips at the station called Real McCoy pretty good and pretty healthy too! then some more sting cheese, and 2 things of greek yogurt.

I need for food ideas to try! Have any? Let me say first off that I am a WIMP when it comes to spicey and if you havnt oticed I dont exactly eat a lot of veggies! But I’m always looking for something new to try! Let me know if you have something that will blow me away!
